Uniting the opposite energies of the universe
I have absolutely enjoyed every minute of the arm balances and inversions course run by Kelly. I have really enjoyed the structure of the class as I get to enjoy a strong dynamic flow followed by opportunities to spend time working and refining more challenging postures. Kelly’s explanations and guidance have allowed me to finally make it into so many postures that I have never been able to achieve before. I am jumping at the chance to attend the course again so I can continue to grow and develop my practice. Loved it! Thanks Kelly!

Having come to yoga late in life in my mid-forties, I’m catching up on lost time so I need to make pretty quick decisions about what I like in a class or with a teacher. I’ve only practised 1/2 dozen times with Kelly but after our first Vinyasa flow class together she instantly cemented herself as one of my favourite teachers in London. Her teaching technique in open classes is particularly great as it’s an art to handling several different levels at the speed a flow class moves at, yet Kelly manages it seamlessly. For me her teaching technique and the style of her classes is the perfect combination of dynamic strength and stamina combined with the serene flow of vinyasa led by and flowing with the breath.

Kelly is one of the best instructors I have encountered during my 20 years of practicing yoga. She has a friendly approachable manner which she combines with excellent knowledge and an advanced practice which allows her to bring options to a group at different stages from beginner to experienced practitioner. Kelly’s class is very dynamic and rhythmic which is something I very much enjoy and find very beneficial. Her style is one open, authorative and descriptive which I think works for most people - her class is always very full. I was lucky enough to attend one of Kelly’s retreats (in Dahab) and this was an excellent opportunity to improve my practice with two sessions a day over a week. Again, Kelly created a relaxed and focused atmosphere which benefited those who were regulars at her classes and also those who were completely new to a yoga mat! I feel I learn something everytime I practice yoga with Kelly. I would recommend Kelly’s retreats and classes to both those who are already yoga devotees and those who looking for the inspiration to start their practice.
