Have you been attending regular Flow Yoga classes and feel a little lost in some of the basic postures and transitions? Have you been attending other static styles such as Hatha, Iyengar or Yin and are now wanting to try a more movement based practice? Or have you tried a few classes here and there but don’t have time to commit too a full 6 week beginners course? This workshop might just be what you’ve been looking for!

Join Kelly for an all levels interactive workshop where we will break down; Salute To The Sun and that confusing Chaturanga transition between high plank and up dog, refine your alignment in our basic warrior flow sequence, then learn how to link it with the breath while maintaining good alignment and posture awareness. Introduce basic progressive postures such as Crow, Wheel and Headstand. Deepen your practice in basic hip openers, seated & restorative postures + much more!

This workshop is very interactive, there is plenty of time to break down postures and ask questions. You are also encouraged to write a little list of things you are confused about in regulars classes so Kelly can accommodate this either before, during or after the main body of the workshop. We have capped the number of mats available at 12 so you have plenty of attention and room to move.
