Beginners Yoga Sequence

This yoga practice is perfect for beginners but also nice for those looking for a slow and mindful back to basics class. It’s the first sequence learnt at our popular 6 week beginners yoga course and is a great class for anyone enrolled or considering enrolling in the course. It’s also a wonderful way to get a feel for Sun Moon Yoga before you attend regular classes or for anyone getting back into yoga.
