Prenatal Yoga & Hypnobirthing Workshop + Raw Chocolate
We will be using yoga in conjunction with hypnosis to strengthen body and mind in preparation for bringing a new life into the world. Yoga strengthens the body, and hypnosis focuses on releasing the fear. Hypnosis and yoga are the perfect match for pregnancy and many other issues. These classes combine breathing, gentle stretching, strength building and relaxation techniques. The specific practices chosen are designed to guide women through their expectations and concerns as well as offering them a space to connect and share.he mother-to-be can be supported in a unique and nurturing way, which acknowledges and honors her miraculous capacity to produce and give birth to, a new human being. Postures in Prenatal Yoga focus on opening the hips, strengthening the legs, releasing strain and tension and relaxing the mind and body. This can optimize the enjoyment of pregnancy, and aids the preparation for labor.
Raw Chocolate by Sammi Jane Inspired Living will be gifted to you at the end of the class, happy Christmas ladies!
The workshop will cover:
- pregnancy yoga and postures for labor
- breathing and relaxation techniques
- Hypno birthing techniques to get you in the right head space
- other techniques for pain management
Monica is a certified Hatha, Prenatal and Postnatal yoga teacher and Hypnobirthing practitioner hailing from Italy. She combines her knowledge of all of the above to offer a well rounded, beautifully nurturing class for women at all stages of pregnancy.
