Baby Massage Series - Learn How to Massage Your Baby!
A calm, relaxing and hugely beneficial series for you and your baby. Each week we focus on a different area of the body as you learn both a basic massage routine, and a follow on more advanced routine, that you can safely and effectively practice in the comfort of your own home. We start with the least sensitive parts first, the legs and work our way up to the head. You will learn different strokes to sooth and bond with your baby. Pregnant Mumma’s can practice on a doll and be ready to go for when baby arrives.
Baby Massage provides a wonderful opportunity to bond with your baby and nurture a positive relationship. There has been a great deal of research highlighting the physiological, emotional and cognitive benefits of massage in infants. Additionally, there can be some very definite benefits for the parent.

Group classes run through the week: $120 for 4 weeks, 1 each week
Mum & Dad class run over the weekend: $100 for both of you, 1 class - This service is on hold until notice
Private one to one classes: $140, booked when it suits us both Mon-Friday 1030am - 230am
This full series will also include some gentle yoga relaxations techniques, yoga postures and breathing exercises to help mum feel good before giving bub a soothing massage.
Kelly is a qualified yoga instructor, pilates instructor, massage therapist, prenatal, postnatal, mum and bub yoga, massage and baby massage instructor.
